We hand-vet and train every single one of our cleaning technicians. They undergo a rigorous process, using a training program we continue to invest heavily in. With that said, sometimes it could just not be a great fit.

If that's the case, reach out to us and if we could have done better we'd be happy to come back for free. We'll send a different vetted cleaner upon request - no hard feelings.

Unlike cheaper companies, we use top-shelf cleaning solutions and equipment to get the job done. We don't skimp on cheap products that could damage your surfaces or be hazardous to your kids or pets.

We carry non-toxic products only, and never carry bleach.

We also regularly sanitize our cleaning equipment and enforce general cleanliness and safety practices as part of our training.

Our top-to-bottom Deep Clean is our most popular option, and we recommend it for all first-time clients. It's our "reset" package, which follows a 50-point checklist to ensure your home gets down to maintenance levels.

From there, we can offer our reduced recurring prices as we're more familiar with your home.

Our Standard Clean is a great option if the home is already maintained, but just needs a professional cleaning.

We thoroughly train our staff, and because we employ them (and never send contractors to your home), we can provide a more consistent service. Rather than gamble on an independent contractor, we have an organization-wide cleaning process to clean from top-to-bottom, left-to-right. So we never miss a spot and we clean efficiently for you.

Our cleaners are trained to tidy up any small clutter, clean under and around items, make beds, take trash out, and sanitize high-touch areas (such as door handles, light switches, etc).

We accept card payment to reserve your slot. Once reserved, we'll never overbook and that day/time is yours.

We only charge upon service completion. However, a valid hold is required the day before to ensure we can send our team out. You can think of it like a hotel reservation, where you get guaranteed service on the day/time you choose.
